香港教育學者 - 楊佩蕊
楊佩蕊畢業於香港中文大學及香港教育學院，分別獲頒音樂文學碩士及音樂教育（榮譽）學士學位。以優異成績考獲聖三一鋼琴演奏文憑、音樂理論文憑。修讀音樂期間開始接觸手鈴演奏藝術，更積極參與各項手鈴演出。楊氏曾以手鈴演奏贏取香港教育學院體藝學系主辦的優秀藝術獎（演奏），亦憑手鈴作品《搖籃曲》於香港手鈴節作曲比賽贏得季軍。楊氏娼曾作多次作公開演出，包括《世界手鈴大會》、《音樂新文化》、《香港手鈴節》、《漫遊童夢》音樂會、《手牽手．鈴》音樂會及無線電視節目《激優一族》作訪問及表演等。現為香港作曲家及作詞家協會會員（CASH）、香港作曲家聯會會員（HKCG）及香港青年協會李兆基書院藝術教育統籌，致力推廣音樂教育及帶領樂團演出及交流。
Sandy Yeung graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and the Hong Kong Institute of Education (HKIEd) where she received Master of Arts in Music and Bachelor of Education (Music) respectively. She was the recipient of the Artistic Excellence Award in Performance and Bronze Award in Composition presented by HKIEd and Hong Kong Handbell Festival. Since joining Double Mallet Ringers and Hong Kong Handbell Academy Quintet, she has been an active handbell conductor and performer who is featured in various concerts namely International Handbell Symposium, Musicarama, Hong Kong Handbell Festival, Playful Tune Concert, Hands+Handbells=Harmony Concert, TVB Youth Nation and many. She was the teaching staff at the Hong Kong Handbell Academy and HKIEd CASS. She is an active handbell promoter and music educator who is a member of Hong Kong Composers and Authors Society (CASH), Hong Kong Composers’ Guild, and Arts Education Coordinator of HKFYG Lee Shau Kee College
