青年大提琴演奏家譚聰曾與2005年中國音樂金鐘獎大提琴取得專業組優秀獎,2008 VC杯專業大提琴比賽優秀獎。2009年海峽四地大提琴比賽青年組第三名

譚氏曾參加多個音樂大師班和音樂節。05,06年獲全額獎學金在世界著名指揮夏爾,迪圖瓦擔任音樂總監的廣東國際音樂夏令營。2007年赴德國參加久負盛名
大提琴節“科隆貝格”大提琴節等。

現時譚氏任教于香港演藝學院大提琴導師,也是多間中小學常任導師和樂團導師。如拔萃男書院小學,聖保羅書院小學,協恩中學附屬小學等,培養出了大
批優秀學生,在香港的校際音樂節比賽,皇家音樂學院考級,均取得優異成績和獎項。
譚氏也经常受邀于各大交響乐团的演出,如香港管弦樂團,澳门樂团,香港城市室內樂團。香港國際大提琴學會“cellistra”大提琴重奏團。也活躍在港台
流行音樂樂壇,與眾多著名歌手和音樂總監合作,曾合作的藝人包括:陳奕迅,張敬軒,容祖兒,薛凱琪,張惠妹,林一峰,古巨基,徐小鳳,黃耀明, 陳
潔儀,林子祥,趙增熹,何炳,徐日勤等。并以獨奏的身份參與錄製唱片,廣告配樂,演唱會等。

出生于廣州, 4歲開始學習鋼琴,10歲學習大提琴12歲考進廣州星海音樂學院附中,主修大提琴。 2008年以優異成績獲得全額獎學金,赴香港演藝學院攻讀大提
琴演奏碩士學位,師從王磊教授。

Tan Cong Biography
The Chinese Golden Bell award for Music in 2005, 3rd prize of The VC Cup Professional Cello Competition in Beijing in 2008.
Received full scholarship in 2008 to pursue a Master of Music degree at Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) under the tutelage of renowned
Prof. Ray Wang. He also studied Baroque music performance with Mr.Benedict Cruft, Dean of the music school. During his study, he has performed
in the Baroque opera Monteverdi’s Coronation of Popper as a continuo cello player with conductor Mr. Nicholas Kok (2010). He also acted as the principal
cellist in APA’s Symphony Orchestra performing various pieces, and one of them was the concert with conductor Esa-Pekka Salonen. He has
successfully conducted a lecture recital to professional musicians for the final project. Tan is very keen on chamber music, having established the Ezabeth
String Quartet with the principal string players in the orchestra of Xinghai Conservatory, under guidance of the educationist Prof. Zhang Qiang. The
quartet performed works of various periods and represented the conservatory in the Chinese-German chamber music masterclass in 2005.
Tan has played in master classes by David Strange, Li-Wei Qin, Peter Stumpf and Chu Yi Bing etc., he has also participated in the Canton International Summer
Music Academy (CISMA) with conductor Charles Dutoit (2005 and 2006), and the internationally celebrated Kroberg Cello Festival in Germany in 2007

Tan has been invited by groups and institutions such as the Hong Kong philharmonic orchestra, Macau Symphony orchestra. City Chamber orchestra
of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Chamber orchestra. He is also a member of the Hong Kong International Cello Association and the Cello ensemble
“Cellistra”.Tan is teaching as cello tutor of HongKong Academy for Perfoming Arts and Diocesan Boys’ School Primary Division
