李嘉齡被紐約音樂評論讚譽為「一位才華洋溢和擁有難得的音樂詮繹能力的年輕鋼琴家」，是同輩中最耀目的演奏家之一。 自2005年獲得波蘭第十五屆蕭邦國際鋼琴大賽獎項後，李嘉齡正式踏上國際舞臺於世界各地多個城市演出。她參加過為數眾多的音樂節，如波蘭蕭邦國際音樂節及格旦斯克音樂節，義大利阿西西音樂節，德國麥森鋼琴音樂節，紐約國際鍵盤音樂節，美國緬因州包登國際音樂節, 及香港藝術節等。她於第42屆香港藝術節為動畫[魔法鋼琴與蕭邦短篇]作現場演出大獲好評。 她曾與多個著名樂團合作，包括西班牙加利西雅皇家愛樂樂團，中國愛樂樂團，上海交響樂團，貴陽交響樂團，廣州交響樂團，深圳交響樂團，武漢交響樂團，日本仙台交響樂團，以色列愛樂樂團，華沙管弦樂團，波蘭電台阿瑪狄斯室樂團，香港管弦樂團及香港小交響樂團等。2009年隨香港小交響樂團在義大利米開朗幾利和維琴察音樂節演出後，大獲好評。2010 - 2011年樂季她被委任為香港小交響樂團之駐團藝術家再與樂團遠赴南美四大城市演出。 除獨奏外，嘉齡亦經常參與室樂演出，包括2010香港國際室內樂音樂節，2013/2014 樂 誼國際音樂節，香港大學和香港室樂社主辦的室樂樂音樂會。和她合作的室樂團包括上海四重奏和香港電台四重奏。 李嘉齡出生於香港，四歲跟隨陳柏賜老師學習。七歲獲演藝學院取錄為初級生，師隨鍵盤系高級講師黃懿倫教援。 在她的悉心指導下完成音樂學士課程。李嘉齡於2003年獲頒賽馬會音樂及舞蹈信託基金及萬瑞庭獎學金，前往德國漢諾威音樂及戲劇學院深造， 師隨瓦裏瓦德。 嘉齡曾獲取的獎項包括2003年第三屆薛勒 (Seiler) 國際鋼琴比賽冠軍及美國多羅菲．麥康西藝術家成就獎, 2005年國際樂府大獎，第15屆義大利國際協奏曲比賽季軍及樂評和觀眾獎，美國珍娜芭侯雅國際鋼琴藝術家及日本仙台國際音樂大賽及第16屆西班牙桑坦德國際鋼琴比賽等之獎項。 嘉齡曾多次為香港電台第四台獨奏及室樂節目錄音。香港電台電視部製作廣受好評的「華人青年演藝家系列 2006」，她是其中一位獲專題介紹的傑出音樂家。2007年她獲邀參與灌錄香港電台第四台為慶祝香港回歸十週年製作CD「非凡響」及在同系列節目中接受訪問和演出。 嘉齡於2004年獲香港民政事務局局長頒發嘉許狀及2006年獲頒行政長官社區服務獎狀，以表揚她在音樂上所取得的成就及在推動藝術文化活動方面的傑出表現，並於2008年獲香港藝術發展局頒發藝術新秀獎。 李嘉齡第一張鐳射唱片(全蕭邦) 是2005年底在華沙灌錄，2006年由波蘭之國立蕭邦學社發行。她第二張鐳射唱片(全史格拉蒂奏嗚曲)於2007年2月由拿索斯唱片公司灌錄並於2008年8月中發行。 嘉齡現任香港教育學院榮譽駐校藝術家及任教於香港演藝學院。 

Hong Kong pianist Colleen Lee achieved international recognition after winning 6th Prize at the 15th International Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition. She has performed extensively around the world in solo recitals, and with Orchestras such as the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra, the China Philharmonic Orchestra, the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra and the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra. She was the Artist Associate of Hong Kong Sinfonietta 2010 - 2011. Colleen has appeared in major festivals including the Duszniki Festival Poland, Musicus Fest in Espoo, Finland and Shanghai New Music Week. She made her début with London Symphony Orchestra under Simon Rattle in September 2019. As an enthusiastic chamber musician, she frequently appears in chamber music festivals such as the Hong Kong International Chamber Music Festival, the Musicusfest and collaborates with renowned soloists and chamber groups including the Shanghai Quartet. She is also a member of the RTHK Chamber Soloists which was formed in 2018. Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien in Hannover. Prizes she won includes First Prize at the 3rd Seiler International Piano Competition in Kitzingen, Germany, the 2003 Dorothy Mackenzie Artist Recognition Award, Third Place and Critic and Audience Prizes at the 15th International Competition for Piano and Orchestra in Cantú, Italy, prize winner of the 1st Hong Kong International Piano Competition, the Pro Musicis International Award, Gina Bachauer International Artist Competition Award, Sendai International Music Competition award, and was Laureate of the 16th Santander International Piano Competition in Spain. Her discography includes an all Chopin album recorded on the Pleyel Piano released by the Fryderyk Chopin Institute, and a complete Scarlatti Sonatas album by Naxos. She was also featured on the Hong Kong Sinfonietta DECCA album This is Classical Music 3. She is currently the Honorary Artist-in-Residence of the Education University of Hong Kong and a member of the piano faculty at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and at the Hong Kong Baptist University.
