Teachers handling institutional or group registrations may log in to the system, locate the relevant order, and use the WhatsApp button within the order to forward the schedule to the participants they registered on behalf of.

If your name is missing from the list published on March 20, 2026, or if any information is incorrect, please email hkypaf@gmail.com on or before 6:00 p.m. on March 24, 2026 to request corrections. Late notifications that result in absence from the competition will be treated as forfeiture, and no fees will be refunded. All amendment requests must be submitted by email. WhatsApp requests will not be accepted. A administrative fee of HKD 200 will be charged for amendment requests submitted after 6:00 p.m. on March 24, 2026. Participants must bring valid photo identification (HKID and any document containing the participant’s photo).
Please arrive at the venue 20 minutes before your scheduled time for check‑in.
Participants must bring one copy of their music score for adjudication reference.
Examination categories must provide scores or excerpts valid for the “designated year.”
Participants performing with sheet music must bring the original score.
Each participant may be accompanied by a maximum of two audience members.
No time changes will be permitted for the competition.
Participants must check in at the designated area of each venue, where they will receive their competition programme voucher and admission ticket for the April 6 awards ceremony.
Please follow all instructions stated on the programme voucher throughout the competition and awards process.
Before performing, participants must submit one copy of their music score to the adjudicators.
Please maintain silence during the competition. Audience members may only record their own children.
If awards are not collected on April 6, an administrative fee of HKD 200 will be charged for handling by the Mainland production company, and delivery via SF Express (pay on delivery) will be arranged in July.
Should there be any last‑minute changes to the procedures, the Association will notify participants immediately. Please follow on‑site instructions to ensure smooth operation.
The Association has arranged for each participant to receive a programme voucher. Participants must attend all procedures as stated. The Association bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from failure to follow the programme.
